Nothing to fault.

We loved the stay, it was excellent. Frontdesk staff were all FRIENDLY. The location was unbeatable, close to the university and the shopping centre. .

Gorgeous location, ideal rooms, ideal. Top-class hosts. The bed was comfortable, coffee and blinds were useful. Got external bathroom with jacuzzi. Stayed for celebrating birthday and had a brilliant experience.

Lovely apartment, tidy and right by the bus stop. Staff was professional and helpful. Excellent service, brilliant facilities. There were extra large beds.

We got great value for our money at York Terrace Apartments. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with a modern bathroom and a cozy bedroom. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and all the attractions. We also loved the fact that the apartment had free parking, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot when we came back from exploring. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and we especially appreciated the hot water with good pressure after long days out. The layout was great, and the roof insulation along with the Velux windows provided a cool and airy atmosphere.

There were a couple of downsides. The wifi was quite weak and it took a while to connect, which was a bit frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay at the apartment. The layout was great and there was plenty of hot water. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city centre and bus routes. The double bed was very comfy and the room itself was spacious. Controlling the heating was a breeze and having a parking space at the back was a definite bonus. it was the perfect place for a weekend visit with friends.

our overnight stay at york terrace apartments was fantastic. the modern and quirky flat was clean, warm, and had plenty of natural light. the comfortable memory foam bed was a big plus, and the location was ideal with shops and a 24-hour tesco nearby.

Limited parking available during weekdays.

One issue was the dirty cups.

The location of the apartment is ideal, as it is near the city centre and within walking distance to great cafes, supermarkets, and a shopping centre. it is quite close to the University of East Anglia, making it convenient for visitors. The apartment itself offers comfortable beds, good shower pressure, and well-equipped kitchen facilities. Guests have also appreciated the helpful guidebook with suggestions of activities to do in the area.

The Wi-Fi in the apartment can be unreliable, as some guests have experienced difficulty staying connected while watching videos.

The apartment is ace. Hot water is steady and pressure is good. Rooms do not get too hot despite sun beating down on the roof. Good roof insulation and nice array of Velux windows for air flow. Layout works great, superb location, and free parking is a big advantage.

The apartment was warm, modern, and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking space was also a great bonus. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp white linen, ensuring a relaxing night's sleep. Despite being on a busy road, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. We even enjoyed a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, the William & Florence.
